The problem of decision-making was considered, the choice of the type of basic facility was determined. A problem that shows the application of criteria for decision-making was formulated. The calculation of coefficients for the company's financial indexes required to solve the problem was made. A regression equation was constructed to express the required parameter via controllable one. The game matrix and the risk matrix were made. Calculations of criteria were made.
