Fuzzy Logic Model in the Functional Algorithm of Information Management and Enterprise Communications.

The article is devoted to topical issues of managing the development of enterprise communications. The basic principles of management are analyzed. The interconnection of functions and methods of managing communications, as well as the sequence of transformations of functions, methods and means into managerial decisions is defined. The mechanism of information and communication management has been developed.
