General state of human behavior and crowd behavior modeling is reviewed. Advantages and disadvantages of existing models and softwares on their bases are discovered considering behavior forecasting. The basic criteria of human behavior new model building are revealed without shortcomings of previous models. The methods and approaches for new model constructing are chosen.
