This paper investigates the structure of the parameter area in the calculations and measurements based on the basic concepts of interval analysis. The objective of the study is to identify the system parameters, evaluation of the structure of the parameter area in the calculations and measurements based on the basic principles of interval analysis, determining the likelihood of successful measurement under certain restrictions on the tolerance to variable measurements, evaluation of the structure of the parameter area, taking into account the observable and unobservable disturbances. The paper estimated the probability characteristics of random matrices. Elements of the matrix have a uniform distribution as well. Perturbation matrix elements are assumed to be observed and unobservable. They also have a uniform distribution. These results are well-known problem that Ashby considered in the analysis of human behavior and the structure of the brain. For a description of additional parameters measured physical parameter uses complex numbers and quaternions. The results can be used to solve certain problems of constructing sustainable management systems, in addition to the theory of interval analysis and the theory of identification systems.
