A technique for predicting the presence of elements of an automated e-business system (AEBS), vulnerable to unauthorized access to data attacks, is proposed, the protection of which should be included in the development of a security policy. The apparatus of stochastic networks and methods of parametric optimization of queuing system are used, with the help of which we can achieve analytical analysis, gradually refining the parameters of the processes of servicing payment documents in the AEBS. The approximate estimates obtained are finally detailed on software simulation models of any complexity in the GPSS environment, which makes it possible to identify critical locations in the ASEB and to eliminate them in order to ensure the security requirements for the operation of e-business objects.Keywords: e-business system, information security, payment document, mathematical model, parametric optimization, simulation model.
